Description

Fully cooked beef meatballs are right at home in an appetizer spread, tossed with saucy pasta, or stuffed into a bun with cheese and tomato sauce for a meatball sub. We love them dunked in our Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce.

Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

FRY PAN: (for best results)

  1. Place meatballs in cold non-stick fry pan with 1/4 cup (60 mL) water. Cover and gradually increase heat to medium-high (350°F/175°C).
  2. Heat 20 minutes (entire box), stirring often. If desired, cover with sauce.
  3. Heat and stir 2 to 4 minutes.

HEAT IN SAUCE:

  1. Add meatballs into boiling sauce of choice.
  2. Heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring often.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Heat meatballs, uncovered, on high in microwave-safe bowl - 1 1/2 to 2 minutes (10 meatballs); 8 to 10 minutes (half box); 15 to 18 minutes (entire box). Stir every 5 minutes.
  2. If desired, cover with sauce and heat 2 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Spread meatballs in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 15 minutes. If desired, pour preheated sauce over meatballs before serving.

NOTE:

Ensure product is thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving.Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
