Deep Dish Beef and Vegetable Pie
Followed instructions completely and baked full 60 minutes and bottom crust was uncooked.
Rancid shortening in pastry crust
The pastry had a rancid smell and taste, like old shortening. There was a horrible smell in the house as soon as the pie started baking. The filling is dry and lacking in vegetables. We usually like MM products, but this beef pie was a waste of money; no one could eat it and was thrown out immediately.
Needs more beef!

PREPARE FROM FROZEN
- Remove all packaging except tray.
- Position oven rack one level above centre. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pie on baking sheet and position on oven rack.
- Cook 55 to 60 minutes.
- Remove from oven. CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from oven.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
