Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

BARBECUE:

Preheat barbecue on medium to high.
Remove salmon with presoaked cedar wrap from bag.
Place on grill.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes, with lid closed. No need to turn.
Remove from barbecue. Let stand 2 minutes.
Cut twine and remove cedar wrap. Serve.

OVEN:

Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C).
Remove salmon with presoaked cedar wrap from bag.
Place on foil-lined baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
Cook 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven. Let stand 2 minutes.
Cut twine and remove cedar wrap. Serve.

MICROWAVE:

Not recommended.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 158˚F (70˚C) is reached. Fully cooked salmon is opaque pink and flakes with a fork. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
