The ultimate snack or meal – straight off the restaurant menu, but made by you at home! Impress your family and friends with this super simple take on a finger food classic. Be as creative as you want with the toppings to create your own signature dish – then dive in. These are so good, they won’t last long.

Pulled Pork Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag corn tortilla chips
  • 1 package M&M Food Market Pulled Pork
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2/3 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 3 cups of your favourite shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar and Monterey Jack, for example)
  • 1 cup fresh or refrigerated salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350⁰ F
  2. Thaw and cook M&M Food Market Pulled Pork according to package directions and set aside 
  3. Spread tortilla chips onto rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper 
  4. Top chips with pulled pork, onions, tomatoes, corn, jalapeno peppers and cheese
  5. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until cheese melts 
  6. Serve with salsa and sour cream for dipping
