I have had celiac disease for over 18 years.it has been a difficult journey when I found out M&M had gluten free food I had to go there .the first think i purchased was the panko shrimp, I have been searching for a breaded shrimp .theses are the best you will not be disappointed

Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
SAUCE PREPARATION:
- Defrost sauces by immersing pouches in warm water 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cut open and transfer contents to dipping bowl.
- Serve alongside panko shrimp.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove all packaging. Spread pieces in single layer on lined baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook 14 to 16 minutes, or until fully cooked. Turn once.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
