These chicken stays are delicious and best of all low carb. Easy to cook and only takes a few minutes. Love the flavour. I wish M&M had many more low carb healthy options.

M&M has lots of great products but not this one. These chicken skewers were just ok. I found the peanut sauce way too spicy hot for our tastes, threw it away, and the chicken kind of rubbery. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
SAUCE PREPARATION:
- Defrost sauce by immersing pouch in warm water 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cut open and transfer contents to dipping bowl.
- Serve alongside chicken skewers.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Spread mini-skewers in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until heated through.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):
- Arrange mini-skewers on a microwave-safe plate in in a single layer and spoke fashion.
- Heat on high 1 minute for 5 mini-skewers; 2 to 2 1/2 minutes for 10; and 4 to 4 1/2 minutes for 20.
