Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM THAWED.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven (375°F/190°C).
- Preheat fry pan on high. Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil or butter.
- Sear chateaubriand on all sides; 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer to baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook 15 to 20 minutes for medium-rare.
