Remove all packaging.

FRY PAN: (for best results)

  1. Preheat fry pan to medium-high (350°F/175°C).
  2. Place portion in pan.
  3. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Turn once.
  4. 4. Separate into pieces using spatula. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly cooked (no pink remains).

MICROWAVE:

Not recommended.

BARBECUE:

Not recommended.
