PREPARE FROM THAWED.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
To thaw, place packaged steaks in refrigerator for 24 hours or in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
BARBECUE (For best results):
- Preheat barbecue on high.
- Sear steaks 2 minutes per side.
- Turn heat to medium. Grill with lid closed, 7 to 9 minutes per side, for medium-rare.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven broiler on high.
- Broil 9 to 11 minutes per side, for medium-rare.
NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
