Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM THAWED.

For best results, thaw steaks, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw steaks in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

BARBECUE: (for best results)

  1. Preheat barbecue on high 10 to 15 minutes. 
  2. Sear steaks 2 minutes per side. 
  3. Turn heat to medium. Grill with lid closed 7 to 9 minutes per side for medium-rare.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven broiler on high. 
  2. Broil 9 to 11 minutes per side for medium-rare.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
