A good way to add fish to our diet
I chose three variations of the salmon to try. We are trying to increase our consumption of fish and since I am not experienced in fish cooking, this was an easy and delicious way to do that. It needed to cook longer than the time specifiec.

even after following instructions carefully and oven at the correct temperature it just didn't cook right. Came out very soggy and still undercook. Maybe needs oven temperature increase or time. would not recommend

Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
OVEN: (for best results)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Place product in shallow baking pan, sauce side up.
- Bake, uncovered, in centre of oven 17 to 19 minutes, or until done.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
