Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM THAWED.

THAWING AND PREPARATION:

  1. For best results, thaw ribs in package in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw ribs in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. 
  2. Remove all packaging prior to heating. 
  3. Reserve any sauce to use for basting, as desired.

BARBECUE: (for best results)

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium-high 10 to 15 minutes. 
  2. Place ribs on grill. 
  3. Barbecue 16 to 20 minutes with lid closed, or until thoroughly heated. Turn occasionally. 
  4. Baste with remaining sauce, as desired. 
  5. To avoid burning, keep bone side of ribs facing down for two-thirds of heating time.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). 
  2. Place ribs, coated in sauce, on foil-lined baking sheet and position in centre of oven. 
  3. Heat 20 to 25 minutes. Turn once.
  4. Baste with remaining sauce, as desired.

MICROWAVE:

Not recommended.
