Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Spread pieces in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Bake 16 to 18 minutes, or until done.
  4. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium.
  2. Spread pieces in single layer on a piece of foil or a grill mat.
  3. Barbecue for 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently, until done.
  4. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE:

Not recommended.
