    yummy

    I bought this today and cooked it for supper. As a child, my favorite thing was picking at the crusty drippings at the bottom of the pan. The sauce from this dripped into the bottom of the pan and peeled off in one piece. I finished my dinner which was fantastic and took a bite of the drippings. Whoa momma was I surprised at how spicy it was. The salmon had just a hint of spice and I loved it. Will buy again on sale.

    Price is right and decent taste

    One of the better, tastier products, and bang for your buck. Lost a star for fish being imported from China. Locally sourced fish would make it a 5 star product.

Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

Remove all packaging.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Place product in shallow baking pan, sauce side up.
  3. Bake, uncovered, in centre of oven 17 to 19 minutes, or until done.
  4. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium-high.
  2. Wrap product in double layer of aluminum foil to make a sealed pouch.
  3. Place on grill and cook 12 to 15 minutes, with lid open. No need to turn.

MICROWAVE:

Not recommended.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) is reached. Fully cooked salmon is pink and flakes with a fork.Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
