Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

FRY PAN : (for best results)

  1. Preheat fry pan on medium heat.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon (15 mL) vegetable oil.
  3. Fry portions 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently to avoid burning shells.
  4. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before portioning.
  5. Serve.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pieces on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until the tortilla shells are light golden brown and product is thoroughly heated. 
  4. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before portioning.
  5. Serve.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium heat.
  2. Place pieces on grill and grill 10 to 12 minutes turning frequently to avoid burning shells.
  3. Remove from heat. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before portioning.
  4. Serve.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Place one piece on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with paper towel.
  2. Heat on high 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from microwave. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before portioning.
  4. Serve.
