These are the ONLY store bought chicken strips I buy simply because they're the only ones I've found that are made out of 'real' chicken meat, and not the spongy imitation chicken flavored strips/nuggets everyone else sells! And they taste great!

The last purchase was not up to the usual standard. The GF coating was thickly applied and looked gray and unappetizing as did some of the meat. I had to throw some of it out to the compost bin.

Meat was good as usual! The new breading is too spicy with black pepper and salt for my taste. Possibly children may find them too spicy! These chicken strips were a common protein in our home as our daughter was growing up. As chicken strips are now they would not have been in our fridge more then once.

Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
OVEN: (for best results)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Spread pieces in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook 20 to 25 minutes. Turn once.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):
- Arrange pieces in circle on a microwave-safe plate.
- Heat on high 2 to 2 1/2 minutes (4 fillets); 4 to 5 minutes (8 fillets). Turn once.
