Restaurant style, battered crispy skin-on fries, made from Canada No. 1 potatoes.

Crispy Fries

Serving Information:



  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Spread fries in single layer on non-stick baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 15 to 17 minutes, or until light golden brown in colour. Turn once.  
  4. Serve immediately.


  1. Preheat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place fries in fryer basket. Do not fill basket more than half full.
  3. Lower basket carefully into hot oil.

    CAREFUL: Ice crystals on frozen fries may cause spattering when in contact with hot oil.

  4. Fry 2 1/2 minutes, or until light golden brown in colour.
  5. Serve immediately.

MICROWAVE: Not recommended.

NOTE: DO NOT OVERCOOK. Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
