Brussels Sprouts

Serving Information:




  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Spread brussels sprouts in single layer on parchment-lined baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. For best results, brush or drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 mL) vegetable oil over brussels sprouts.
  4. Cook 30 to 35 minutes, tossing once halfway through cooking.
  5. Season to taste and serve immediately.


  1. Put enough water to cover bottom of a microwave safe dish.
  2. Add brussels sprouts, cover and heat on high 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Drain, season to taste and serve immediately.


  1. In steamer, bring water to full boil on high.
  2. Add desired amount of brussels sprouts to steamer.
  3. Steam for 6 to 7 minutes.
  4. Season to taste and serve immediately.

NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
