BARBECUE: (for best results)

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium. Brush grill with vegetable oil.
  2. Barbecue burgers 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until done.

FRY PAN:

  1. Preheat fry pan to medium. 
  2. Fry burgers 10 to 12 minutes. Turn once.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
