Three special (but easy!) gluten-free menus

Whether you’re grazing in front of the TV, sitting down to family pub night or stirring up tasty takeout faves at home, our certified gluten-free dishes are the start of something delicious.
Movie night noshing board
When you’re cueing up the perfect movie night with friends or family, you need a meal that’s entertaining to eat. That’s where an appetizer noshing board comes in: Packed with different shapes, tastes and textures, it’ll hold your attention just as much as any feature film. And with our certified gluten-free bites, you’re ready to welcome anyone and everyone to the table without the worry.
Grab a large serving tray, cutting board, parchment-lined baking sheet or platter, and start piling on the options. We like to kick ours off with a little surf: mounds of crisp, sustainably sourced Haddock Tenders drizzled with mouth-watering lemon aioli (which comes right in the package), and crunchy Panko Shrimp, with its two tasty sauces alongside in small dipping bowls.
Then it’s time to add the turf. Tuck in savoury Breaded Chicken Fillets and a ramekin of tangy Thai Sweet and Spicy Dipping Sauce for dunking. And don’t forget a juicy pile of Sirloin Beef Meatballs with some ketchup on the side for dunking.
While this may not be a traditional sit-down family dinner, you’ll need veggies to round out this menu. We like to add super-savoury Cauliflower Bites, which come in Buffalo and Parmesan flavours, with plenty of tasty sauce for dipping. Finish your board with a colourful assortment of fresh veg — such as sliced avocado; red and yellow pepper strips; lime and lemon wedges; and thinly sliced radishes, cooked beets and cool cukes — and get ready for standing ovations.

Fish fry pub night
Pub grub can be a tough sell if you have celiac disease or gluten intolerance. But the Canadian Celiac Association certified eats we carry can help you pack your freezer with lots of delicious options for an at-home version that works for everyone.
This time, we’re stirring up a fish-and-chips feast with a twist. Serve platters of Haddock Tenders and Seasoned Breaded Cod with a side of cool, creamy lemon aioli for dipping and lemon wedges for squeezing. Add sides of mash instead of the usual fries — our Sweet Potato Mash and Homestyle Mashed Potatoes are made with love from the best spuds. Just add a pat of butter and/or chopped chives for a pretty (and tasty) finish. Round the meal out and add pops of colour with a plate of crudités and some lightly dressed greens.
Whether you’re sitting down with adults, kids or roommates, this homey version of pub night is a yummy way to cap off a busy day.

Sure, delivery is easy, but our gluten-free takeout-style dishes will make you want to eat at home tonight. We’ve got two faves we can’t wait to share.
First, check out our Chicken Pad Thai, which starts with authentic Thai rice noodles cooked to tender perfection. We toss them with cooked seasoned chicken breast and a mild pad Thai sauce, and then garnish with tender-crisp bean sprouts, shredded carrots, red bell peppers and chopped peanuts.
