At M&M Food Market, the safety and well-being of our customers and in-store teams is of the utmost importance to us. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate through this evolving time of uncertainty together.

  • We are committed to providing a steady supply of the products our customers want and need, but we cannot currently guarantee availability of every product at our stores, including online orders.

  • To ensure safe environments for customers and staff, some stores may need to temporarily reduce hours.

Could I get sick with Coronavirus (COVID-19) from food?

There are no reports at this time of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by food or food packaging. However, it is always important to follow good hygiene practices (i.e., wash hands with soap and warm water and high-touch surfaces often). Our cooking/preparation methods for all products have been thoroughly tested to maintain the highest level of food safety at all times. 

Is food imported to Canada from countries affected by Coronavirus  (COVID-19) at risk of spreading COVID-19?

Currently, there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods.  And, there are no reported cases of COVID-19 associated with imported goods.

How do I know where M&M Food Market products are made and packaged?

Products are made and packaged in Canada unless it is indicated on the packaging that the product is from another country, for example the United States.
