4 kid-friendly meals your little ones will love

Four kid-friendly meals

Nothing beats that rare feeling of watching your child eat every morsel of food you put on their plate. Wouldn’t it be a dream to see that more often?

Well, we’re here to help. Say hello to effortlessly putting together a dinner that everyone will enjoy. These four weeknight-easy ideas will get you through the hangry hour without a single tear.

Four kid-friendly meals
Spaghetti Bolognese with Garlic Bread and Broccoli

Spaghetti Bolognese and Garlic Bread with Cheese

What kid doesn’t love a plateful of noodles? Our Spaghetti Bolognese is pure comfort food even picky palates will approve of. The rich, meaty, homestyle tomato sauce ladled over tender noodles comes ready to zap in the microwave (when you need a lightning-fast option) or bake up in the oven without any fuss. Serve it with warm slices of our Garlic Bread with Cheese to dip in the delicious sauce.

Mini Pepperoni Pizzas with veggie slices

Mini Pepperoni Pizzas with veggie slices

Yell out “Pizza night!” and watch everyone come running to the table. Serving our Mini Pepperoni Pizzas means everyone gets their own, so there’s no fighting over the last slice. These personal-sized pies are topped with rich, flavourful tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese and diced pepperoni. Serve with sliced veggie sticks for an easy dinner or after-school snack that’s on the table in minutes. For bigger kids with growing appetites, serve up two — our mini-pies come in a club pack so you’ll always have plenty on hand.

Pulled Pork and tortilla chips

Pulled Pork with tortilla chips

We’ve slow-cooked tender pork shoulder in a delicate, not-too-spicy chipotle pepper barbecue sauce to create the most incredible Pulled Pork. The best news is that all you have to do is heat and serve. Kids will love it with a side of tortilla chips for dunking and scooping. Sliced avocado and juicy cherry tomatoes on the side add a refreshing hit of flavour.

Chicken Chunks and Sweet Potato Fries

Chicken Chunks with Plum Dipping Sauce

You better make extra, because your brood will gobble these up in a heartbeat. Cornflake breading makes these Chicken Chunks, well, extremely crunchy. And the boneless chicken inside is perfectly tender. They come fully cooked, so you just need to heat them up and dive in. We happen to believe a bowl of Plum Dipping Sauce on the side is essential for dunking. And kids will get a kick from the added crunch and bright colours of their fave veggie sticks and fries on the side.
