Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

FRY PAN: (for best results)

  1. In fry pan, add 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil.
  2. Cook on medium-high heat.
  3. Add 1 cup (250 mL) onions and sautée 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on high 5 minutes then reduce heat to medium.
  2. In aluminum tray, add 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter and 1 cup (250 mL) onions, then cover with foil.
  3. Set tray on top rack of barbecue.
  4. Cook 6 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
