Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

WARNING:

  1. Do NOT MICROWAVE. 
  2. Do NOT use conventional or toaster oven. Remove film.

SLOW COOKER: (for best results)

  1. For best results, use medium size slow cooker.
  2. Remove product by gently pushing sides and bottom of tray.
  3. Place entire portion in slow cooker.
  4. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) water.
  5. Cook on LOW 6 hours.
  6. Stir and serve.

STOVE TOP:

  1. For best results, use medium size pot with lid.
  2. Remove product by gently pushing sides and bottom of tray.
  3. Place entire portion in pot.
  4. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) water. Cover.
  5. Cook on LOW 30 to 45 minutes. Add water as desired and stir occasionally to prevent burning on bottom.
  6. Remove lid. Cook 15 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

NOTE:

  1. Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
  2. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
