Preparation:
In Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook, stirring often for about 5 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute.
Stir in broth, potatoes, baby carrots and bay leaf; bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Cut M&M Haddock Fillets
into 1-inch pieces. Add fish and corn to pot. Cook for 4 minutes or until fish is opaque. Stir in cream; heat through.
Serve topped with chives and bacon bits.
