Preparation:
Cut onion in half; slice thinly. Heat 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook onions for 8 to 10 minutes or until soft, stirring occasionally.
Brush bottom of pizza crust of flatbread with 1 tsp (5 mL) of oil. Spoon tomato sauce onto top. Top with sliced M&M Food Market Herb & Garlic Chicken Breasts, cooked onions, artichokes, olives, basil leaves and feta.
Place pizza on grill. Close lid and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, until toppings are heated through. Rotate pizza several times for even cooking. Check bottom to make sure it isn’t burning. (Tip: if you are having flare-ups, place pizza on heavy foil).
