Preparation:
Cook M&M Garlic Shrimp according to package directions. Keep warm. If desired, remove shells from cooked shrimp and chop into small pieces. (Or, serve cooked shrimp in shells on top of risotto.)
In large Dutch oven, combine M&M Rice & Vegetable Medley, stock and wine. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for 3 to 5 minutes, until rice is warmed.
Stir shrimp pieces and cream into rice mixture; cook 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately with additional cheese sprinkled on top and fresh dill for garnish.
