    The best!

    These are some of the best vegan fishless options out there! Other ones are very greasy, taste like seaweed, or the batter is too much, these are perfect! My only complaint is I keep eating them too often!

Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). 
  2. Remove all packaging. Spread pieces in single layer on lined baking sheet and position in centre of oven. 
  3. Cook 18 to 20 minutes, or until fully cooked. 
  4. Turn once Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

AIR FRYER:

Works well with air fryers. Refer to your unit’s instruction manual.

DO NOT MICROWAVE.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
