Very good.
First time for this product. Will definitely do again. It was very nice, light and creamy. Crème Brûlée is one of my favourite light deserts and this one hit the mark. I would like to see the sugar packet with about 50% more sugar to provide a more complete topping, but good as is.

Didn't use topping
I didn't bake it with topping. I ate it frozen or just thawed. I thought it tasted good without the extra sugar topping.

Texture was awful,curdly. Some foods cannot survive being frozen, this is one of them. Not recommended.

Cooking Instructions
OVEN: (for best results)
- Place oven rack in highest position and preheat to Broil (500°F/260°C).
- Put ramekin on baking sheet and place on oven rack.
- Broil 20 to 30 seconds only.
- Sugar crystals should not be completely melted.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
CAUTION:
TORCH:
- Hold tip of flame 3/4" to 1" (2 to 3 cm) above sugar crystals.
- Move flame over surface to caramelize sugar crystals until dark golden brown.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
NOTE:
- Do not refreeze thawed product.
- Do not keep thawed product beyond 3 days in refrigerator.
THAW BEFORE SERVING.
- Defrost in refrigerator 8 to 12 hours or overnight.
- Remove all packaging, including foil seal. Sprinkle contents of sugar packet evenly over surface.
