BARBECUE: (for best results)

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium 10 to 15 minutes. 
  2. Grill burgers 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until done.

FRY PAN:

  1. Preheat fry pan to medium. 
  2. Fry burgers 10 to 14 minutes. Turn once.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
