These are only good if you know how to use your oven. If it's burnt then they are dry. I put mine in a pressure cooker for 15 instead of an oven that drys them out. It was delicious. The price regular or on sale is great. Go to a restaurant and pay $12 for a chicken breast half the size and super dry or just drecnehd in sauce go hide 0 flavour. These are great for someone like me who has been eating them for two months now and has lost 15 pounds. I wanted chicken without sacrificing flavor.
These chicken breasts are tasty, high in protein and easy to prepare.
Three stars for taste. OUTRAGEOUS price!!! I will NEVER buy any of the wrapped/stuffed chicken items again. I tried some when the price wasn't as outrageous ages ago. PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
OVEN: (for best results)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Place portion on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
CAUTION: Filling will be very hot.
DO NOT MICROWAVE.
Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
