Serving Information:

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

FRY PAN:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil in fry pan or wok until very hot.
  2. Add 3 cups (750 mL) Rice & Vegetable Medley.
  3. Cook on high, stirring continuously, 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Season to taste and serve immediately.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Place 3 cups (750 mL) Rice & Vegetable Medley in microwave safe dish.
  2. Heat on high, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes, stirring once.
  3. Season to taste and serve immediately.
