New York Striploin Steaks

Serving Information:




  1. For best results, thaw steaks, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw steaks in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Remove all packaging. Wipe steaks with paper towel.
  3. Lightly oil and spice steaks (as desired).

BARBECUE (For best results):

  1. Preheat barbecue on high (600°F/315°C).
  2. Sear steaks 2 minutes per side.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Grill, with lid closed, 4 minutes per side, for medium-rare.
  4. Remove from grill. Hold until internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached.


  1. Preheat oven broiler element (500°F/260°C).
  2. Place steaks on broiler pan, in oven, 4 to 6 inches from element.
  3. Broil, 5 minutes per side, for medium-rare.
  4. Remove from oven. Hold until internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached.


  1. Fry on medium heat, 4 minutes per side, for medium-rare.
