Our savoury-sweet, sticky short ribs come bite-sized, or in long strips to heat and slice into appetizer portions. Packaged with a tangy Korean-style BBQ sauce for dipping or glazing, just grill or bake and dig in!

Korean BBQ Beef Short Ribs

Serving Information:

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

THAWING AND PREPARATION:

  1. Remove all packaging prior to cooking.
  2. Thaw sauce pouch in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium high 10 to 15 minutes. Brush grill with vegetable oil.
  2. Place ribs on grill.
  3. Barbecue 2 to 3 minutes per side or until thoroughly heated through and caramelized as desired.
  4. Baste with sauce, as desired.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place ribs, on foil-lined baking sheet
  3. Baste with sauce, as desired, and position in centre of oven.
  4. Cook 9 to 12 minutes or until heated through. Turn once.

NOTE: Ensure product is thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

  1. Cut into single bone portions.
  2. Serve with sauce on the side.
