Seasoned, solid white chicken breasts are extremely versatile and guaranteed tender. Cook them up as is or use them in any of your favourite chicken recipes. 8-12 pieces.

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Serving Information:



  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place breasts on non-stick baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Turn once.


  1. Preheat barbecue on medium.
  2. Place breasts on grill.
  3. Grill 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Turn once.


  1. Preheat fry pan coated with non-stick cooking spray or vegetable oil to medium.
  2. Place breasts in fry pan.
  3. Cook, covered, 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Turn once.

MICROWAVE: Not recommended.

NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Chicken is fully cooked when juices run clear from thickest part of breast when pierced. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
