Serving Information:
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place breasts on non-stick baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Turn once.
BARBECUE:
- Preheat barbecue on medium.
- Place breasts on grill.
- Grill 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Turn once.
FRY PAN:
- Preheat fry pan coated with non-stick cooking spray or vegetable oil to medium.
- Place breasts in fry pan.
- Cook, covered, 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Turn once.
MICROWAVE: Not recommended.
NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Chicken is fully cooked when juices run clear from thickest part of breast when pierced. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
