Mild Italian Sausages

Add a little spice to your plate. These pure pork sausages have a mild Italian seasoning for a perfectly spiced taste. They're fully cooked so they're ready to heat on the grill, in the oven or the frying pan. 8-9 sausages.

Mild Italian Sausages

Serving Information:




  1. Preheat barbecue on medium-low.
  2. Arrange sausages on grill.
  3. Barbecue 20 minutes, turning frequently. Avoid piercing skin. If splitting occurs, reduce heat.


  1. Preheat fry pan to medium.
  2. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
  3. Steam sausages, covered, 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Remove lid, drain and add 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil.
  5. Brown 13 to 14 minutes, turning frequently.


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place sausages in shallow greased baking dish and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 30 to 35 minutes.

MICROWAVE: Not recommended.

NOTE: Ensure product is thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. This precooked sausage will remain pink when fully heated. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
