How sweet it is! This pork tenderloin is marinated in a sweet teriyaki sauce with subtle flavours of soy and garlic. A delicious departure from the ordinary.

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Serving Information:

PREPARE FROM THAWED.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

DEFROSTING:

  1. Defrost product, in package, in cold water or overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Remove packaging prior to cooking.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium.
  2. Grill 18 to 20 minutes. Turn frequently to cook all sides.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2.  Place tenderloin on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE: Not recommended.

NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
