Top Four Entertaining Hacks for Surprise Guests

Ever had some unexpected visitors arrive at your house? While it can be a delight to see old friends and long-missed family, coming up with some appetizing snacks on the fly can be a challenge! If you keep a few M&M favourites on-hand in your freezer, you’ll always have some quick go-to helpers should the need arise.

  1. Spinach, Artichoke & Cheese Dip doesn’t have to be served in a bowl as a side. Prepare it as per the directions and use it to fill individual Tostito scoops. Serve them on a pretty serving platter, and you’ve got some hot hors d’oeurves in a no time!
  2. If you keep Garlic Bread (or Garlic Bread with Cheese) handy, pull them out of the freezer and allow to thaw slightly to make them easier to cut. Use a sharp knife to cut into individual sized pieces then wrap them in tin foil. Bake in the oven per package instructions and serve on a platter as a hot and toasty snack.
  3. If you’ve got kids, chances are you keep Chicken Chunks around for quick, weeknight dinners.  But when guests arrive, prepare them as usual then toss in a variety of sauces (BBQ, Sweet & Sour or Thai, for example). Make it extra classy by inserting toothpicks and serving them on an appetizer plate with some raw veggies.
  4. Want to impress those surprise guests with something extra special? Heat Spinach, Artichoke & Cheese Dip as directed while Rosemary Pull-Apart Bread heats in the oven. Once baked, peel back each individual pedal and remove the centre piece to create a unique serving dish for your hot dip. Guest can easily grab a quick scoop using the bread provided (and you look like a culinary genius!).
